About this Boat
This Ocean 30 is in her original gel coat and she was anti-fouled in 2022, the spacious cockpit has non slip decking, Captian and co-pilot’s seats with bench type seating along the transom. The Canopy was renewed earlier in 2023 this will fold down to a low air draft. There are many instruments on the padded dash board.
Step down into saloon, and the conventional layout has been changed, as the previous owner has been living on board. The lay out has been nicely carried out with a modern flooring and galley. There is seating and dining table and the forward end has a raised bed area. The interior is just as useful for conventional cruising as your hideaway and holiday use. Heating is by multi-fuel burner.
The galley is equipped with 2 gas hobs, oven and fridge, hot water sink and drainer with work space and cupboard space.
The toilet and shower room has a sink and shower with a cassette type toilet.
