About this Boat

‘Fleur D Azure’ is a perfect example of a Broadland river cruiser, designed to go under all bridges, her length is 35ft, beam 12ft, air draft 6ft 7″ and underwater draft 2ft 5″.

There is entrance to the boat by a forward well and aft deck, with a canopy over both, from the aft deck you enter a bedroom with a double and a single berth, there is laminate wood flooring throughout the boat.

Going forward there is a separate shower room, and separate toilet room both with a hand basin, the toilet is cassette type (3 cassettes). There is a separate double berth in a curtained off room.

The galley is equipped with a full size, gas 4  hob, oven and grill 3 way fridge, sink and drainer with hot and cold water, there is plenty of storage around the galley. The BMC 1.5 engine is situated amidships and had been regularly maintained by the current owner in their 10 year ownership. There is shore power with RCD consumer unit, sockets and plugs are spread over the boat.

The spacious saloon has comfortable seating including the captains chair with a sliding sun roof over, all equipment, as seen in the photos is included – TV – Radio with USB mud weights, warps, fenders and rhond anchors.

‘Fleur D Azure’ has a current Broads licence to March 2024 Boat Safety Scheme Certificate to 2027
