About this Boat

A very practical cruiser well suited to the Norfolk Broads, with single-level accommodation with easy access from both doors. There are handrails on the cabin tops and the decks are wide enough for easy mooring. There is a solar panel on the roof to keep your batteries topped up, also equipped with a sterling battery charger, shore power, immersion heater, foward and aft covers, warm air heating and many extras.

Inside the main cabin, there is an ‘L’ shaped sofa with a circular dining table in the centre, the seating can be used as an extra single berth and the upholstery is in good condition. The helm position is portside and features a freestanding swivel helm seat. There is storage around the cabin.

A spacious galley comprises an inset sink with hot and cold taps, a Voyager gas cooker with 2 hobs, a grill and oven and a Waeco 12V fridge.

The separate toilet and shower room IS alongside the galley with a pump-out toilet, shower, and sink with a cupboard underneath and a cabinet above. There is a gauge for the holding tank and diesel in the aft cabin alongside the fuel gauge.

The aft cabin has a permanent double berth, a built-in unit with a hanging locker, storage cupboard and freestanding drawers.

Fitted with a BMC 1.5 Diesel engine on a shaft, well maintained and documented service history, last full-service Feb 2022. During this time the stern gland was re-packed. Last antifouled in 2020.

‘Iola’ has a Boat Safety Scheme Certificate valid until 2026.
