About this Boat

‘Compass Rose’ features a good spec for cruising the inland waterways including shore power, inverter, warm air heating, fully equipped galley, pump-out toilet & holding tank and many extras.

The entrance is very easily accessible with a lifting panel in the transom and wide decks all around. The aft door is the main entrance and leads to the master bedroom, there is a comfortable double berth with drawers and storage cupboards.

A well-equipped galley comprises a combined three burner gas hob/sink with hot and cold taps and lifting glass lids, 12V Waeco fridge, Thetford oven/grill, storage and worktop space.

Opposite the galley is the heads compartment with a sliding door, this is a good size with a pump-out toilet and shower.

There is a sliding roof over the main saloon, with doors to the forward well and galley, this can create an extra cabin. The helm position is situated port side, with seating that will pull out into a double berth. There is plenty of storage all around the saloon. The forward well provides an excellent space to be seated for peaceful cruising and excellent views.

Fitted with a BMC 1.5 36hp Diesel engine located at the stern with hydraulic drive.

‘Compass Rose’ has a Boat Safety Scheme Certificate valid until March 2024 and has a Broads river licence to April 2023.
