About this Boat
This Birchwood 22 has an inboard engine which was serviced in 2023 and a new started motor and new water pump were installed, in 2022 she was out of the water for an anti-foul. The canopy is in fair condition.
Board the boat into the aft cockpit which has nice flooring and seating and a fold away captains chair. There is an auxiliary outboard motor included, which has never been used. The seating can be used as a summer berth.
In the saloon of the boat there is plenty of seating that can be used for sleeping 4 people in 2 double berths.
There is a separate toilet compartment with a port-potti.
The Galley area has a cold water sink and drainer with cupboard under.
The Boat Safety Scheme Certificate is to June 2026 and the Broads river license is paid to March 2025
