About this Boat

Wide decks for safer mooring, the hull and topsides are painted and the transom has a cut out for easy boarding into the aft deck and entrance to the Saloon.  Nanni 50hp engine on a shaft drive was serviced in April 2024, she has a new start battery and deep 240 amh cycle domestic batteries, and 2500w inverter. A new electric winch is included, but not fitted.

The aft saloon is spacious with a lovely comfortable seating area which would turn into a guest berth, there is a free standing dining table, there’s a useful side cabinet with storage and used as the TV stand (TV included) all upholstery is in good condition and the whole boat is very clean.  The warm air heating is throughout the interior and there are plenty of plug sockets around.

The galley consists of a gas, 4 hob grill and oven, worktop with inset sink and drainer, with nice cupboards under, one fridge is in the galley area.

Opposite the galley in this large open saloon is the toilet compartment, with toilet hand basin and shower.

Step up to the raised center cockpit with the conveniently situated Nanni engine under and sliding roof, this is a cosy space with the driving position and good views, seating for passengers which will turn into a double berth if required 2nd fridge runs off the inverter.

In the forward end of the boat, is a double cabin with en-suite toilet with hand basin.

‘Rosalind Too’ has a Boat Safety Scheme Certificate to 2028 and a current Broads River’s Licence
