Sedan Birchwood 320 Challenger, with a bathing platform at the stern, easy to board through a transom door onto the covered back deck, with half moon curved seating in grey and cocktail table with access to the engine bay under the floor, where the Volvo Penta TAMD 2 ltr turbo 78hp diesel engine is housed, fully serviced in 2022.
Enter the cosy, but spacious saloon via sliding patio doors, on the port side there is a comfy sofa with vibrant, stylish upholstery and dining table slightly raised for perfect views out of the picture windows, opposite is a sideboard in beautiful wood cabinetry. Forward is the driving position where a spacious 1 or 2 man seat has wide ranging vision in front of the instrument panel including; thruster control and auto-helm. Warm air heating is all over the boat, there are plenty of plug and USB sockets, radio and CD player. Twin opening sunroofs make the saloon very light and cool in summer.
Step down into the forward part of the cruiser where there is a fully fitted, galley with modern cupboards and work space, inset stainless sink and drainer, inset gas 2 hobs with oven at worktop height and Waeco electric fridge.
In the front cabin there is a double berth with storage and a wardrobe, door to bathroom with pump out toilet to holding tank, shower and vanity basin, the second double cabin, partly under the deck has a separate entrance but has access by Jack and Jill door to the bathroom.
‘Dawn Chorus’ has a Boat Safety Scheme Certificate to 2025 and current Broads licence, a survey from 2019 is available to the buyer only, in 2019 the Surveyor found no faults with the boat.
