She has been well maintained, having the engine serviced, gel coat polished, windows resealed and a fresh coat of antifoul all in 2019!
The saloon is spacious with L shaped seating that will convert into a double berth. The helms seat is in a forward position allowing the captain to socialise and the roof will slide back.
The galley is well equipped having an electric fridge (new in 2018), a 2 burner hob, grill and oven, as well as a sink and drainer with hot and cold taps with storage underneath.
She is fitted with an economical BMC 1.5 engine with shaft drive (engine serviced in 2019).
The bathroom has a manual pump toilet with a holding tank, the shower has hot and cold water and there is a bathroom sink.
The aft cabin will comfortably sleep two in a comfortable double bed and has plenty of drawers opposite at the foot of the bed.
She also has the added benefit of having shore power, an immersion heater and a 2000W inverter (new in 2019).
With a low Air draft you will not be restricted where you can go on the Broads, giving you passage under the bridges.
She had a great deal of work carried out in 2015 by Ludham Bridge Boatyard, amounting to over £7,000!
