About this Boat
We are delighted to present this Broads classic Billy May Launch Wooden Day Boat. One of only a small handful this British wooden built classic has been gracing the Norfolk Broads for decades! This example has been dry docked and barn stored for at least the last three years and in 2024 she underwent a full engine rebuild, service and antifoul.
This is now your chance to own a part of Norfolk Broads history! We are led to believe that she is one of only nine remaining Billy May Launch Wooden Day Boat’s in existence. This boat also comes with her own tow trailer giving the option to transport the boat via road to explore various other further afield waterways and making slipping the boat into the water a simple exercise.
Our Bessie is scheduled to undergo a Boat Safety Scheme Certificate in the coming days which will be held for the next four years!
