Just anti-fouled this summer, the outside of this boat is clean and tidy, the canopy is in good condition.

The cockpit, is spacious, perhaps could do with some flooring of your choice, but has a pilots seat, and seating along the transom for 3-4 passengers, the engine under the cockpit floor was professionally serviced in June 2018.

Step inside and the saloon has seating with nice upholstery, which is a dinette with a fold out table, so that you don't feel that you are sitting at the table all of the time, when at leisure, this will also make a double berth.

The galley has cupboards and drawers a gas 2 hob and grill, a sink with hot and cold water, an electric fridge all covered in modern worktop, when not in use.

There is a separate toilet compartment with porta potti, and a vanity unit with in set sink.

In the separate forward cabin there is a double berth, with nice upholstery. A small leak may need attention.

With the Broads Authority river licence paid to April 2019. shore power fitted, all in all this boat is good value for money.

Break in the Clouds has a Boat Safety Scheme Certificate valid until 21 September 2021.
