Brilliant boat for a first time buyer, or is a very good day boat with overnight facilities.

The cockpit is a good size with a super helm seat and position. The canopy was fitted new in 2017.

There is seating along the transom for 3 to 4 and another seat in the co pilot position. 

In the main cabin which is fitted out very nicely, there is a dining table with seating for 2/3 which will make a double berth.

Opposite is the galley with a gas 2 hob, grill and oven, there is a 3 way fridge, sink and drainer, nice work top and plenty of cupboards under the worktops..

Forward of the dining and galley area, there is 2 single berths towards to bow, which will make into a double, or could be used for seating.

There is a separate toilet compartment with a pota potti.

The upholstery and curtains are in very good condition, and the whole boat is nice and clean.

Get out on the river in the sunshine straight away with this lovely boat, river tax paid for the 2018/19 season on the Norfolk Broads.
