This Hampton 25 is a ‘Project’ and will make a nice boat.  Access is via the stern with a step down into the aft cabin. 

The aft cabin has a fixed double berth, a chest of drawers opposite with shelf and small wardrobe/hanging locker.  There is a small catalytic heater mounted on the side of the hanging locker.

Forward on the port side is a galley area with stainless steel sink with hot and cold water taps and drainer.  A Flavel Vanessa gas cooker with 2 hobs, grill and oven.  There is also an Electrolux fridge.

Opposite the galley area is a toilet/shower compartment with sliding door, handwash basin with storage cupboards underneath, shower and porta potti.

The saloon has an ‘L’ shaped seating area which will convert to a double berth (will require an infill cushion).  Opposite is a storage cupboard, shelf and small hanging wardrobe. There is an opening, sliding, full canopy roof. Directly behind the seating area is the housing for the BMC 1.5 Diesel Engine.

With wide side decks, handrails and a pulpit rail – it is easy to get on and off and walk around the outside of the boat.

Shore Power is fitted.

Pike Dream has a Boat Safety Scheme Certificate valid until 30.04.22.
