Calypso - Barn Owl

Very nicely fitted out inside. Engine Service September 2018. Shore Power.

YEAR: 1975
ENGINE: Perkins 4108
LENGTH: 28ft BEAM: 10ft 6"

A  very good example of these popular boats, very clean and tidy inside with a forward well and a large deck on the stern, where the engine is housed for easy maintenance.

When inside the boat it has a flat, all on one level floor throughout, with lots more room than a Hampton, if you are looking for a 2-4 berth boat.

The spacious saloon has a dinette that will make into a double berth and a neat arrangement that tucks the table away to make half moon shape seating, the upholstery is in good condition, and matches the helm seat.

The galley is very nice, with cupboards under worktop with an inset sink and drainer, a gas 2 hob, oven and grill and a full sized electric fridge.

The separate toilet and shower room has a Jabsco pump out toilet with holding tank and hand basin, there is a separate water tank for the toilet.

The aft cabin has a full size double berth, plenty of storage and door to the aft deck.

There is a battery charger, shore power and the diesel tank is full of fuel, Barn Owl, has been looked after and updated by the current owner, to a high standard.

Barn Owl has a Boat Safety Scheme Certificate valid until 21.04.21.
