The sale of the boat was made pleasurable by proficient, professional, friendly staff. Accepting the boat for sale was made easy, with a phone call followed up with an email and photos. I believe the willingness to use (and actively seeking) my knowledge of the boat helped in the wording of the sales text. The knowledge of boats in general by the staff was noticed, and this helped when asking me questions on the condition of the boat to know what information to pass on to perspective buyers. I wanted any perspective buyer to know the good, and the bad points.
