This boat is ideal for two couples, with 2 en-suite bedrooms and flat throughout the boat with a centre raised steering position.

The owner has had a new Nanni engine fitted, which has done less than 120 hours since new, the gear box and shaft were renewed at the same time to ensure reliability every time you go to the boat.

Step on the rear of the boat, and into the cabin with a decent sized bed, toilet, shower and hand basin are en-suite.

Going forward into the main saloon, with 'L' shaped seating and a coffee/dining table. The TV is  included in the sale, the upholstery is in good condition, warm air diesel powered heating is all over the boat.

Opposite the seating area is the galley equipped with a full size cooker, sink and drainer, fridge and plenty of cupboard space with work surface over.

In the centre of the boat is the raised steering position, with good views all round for the helmsman and passengers, the roof will slide down for those warmer days. The engine is under the floor with easy access for maintenance.

Going forward to the bow of the boat is a super bedroom, with a side on bed and en-suite toilet, shower and hand basin.

Shore power is fitted, all in all, a good value for money Broads cruiser.
